Here's the deets! These metallic sugar pearls are coated in a non-toxic, but non-FDA-approved for consumption silver food coloring. This food coloring is approved as edible in most other countries (like Canada and Europe) but not yet in the United States. While many people use these sprinkles on their treats, we cannot label them as edible and they are sold for decorative use only. But you can use them how you wish! Contains 2.5 ounces of silver dragee pearls -approximately 850 pearls. 4mm in size -- ‚Öõ inch. For decorative use only.  Packaged in a food-safe resealable bag and heat-sealed.
