QUALITY INSPECTIONEach lot is inspected using a military grade sampling plan. We apply this rigid selection standard to ensure each batch of products we produce are free of defects or misalignment. THE RIGHT MATERIALS — In order to fully-ensure the highest quality, all of the materials are carefully selected from only the reputable, global vendors. A SOUND CONSTRUCTION — Random samples are tested for the integrity of each attached piece—from the nose clip to the sonically-welded head bands. TESTING THE LOOP — Each headband is tested for the amount of elasticity it can withstand. It’s a delicate balance between comfort and a tight, secure fit. DOWN TO THE MILLIMETER — From the weight in grams to the length of each loop, precise measurements are made to ensure each batch is manufactured to the right specifications. BREATHE EASY — Using a specialized machine, our samples undergo a comprehensive breathing resistance test, making sure that anyone wearing our mask has ample room to breathe freely. PARTICULATE TESTING — A vacuum machine is used to test the particle penetration on our masks. Over multiple samples, efficiency was maintained at over 95%, blocking miniscule NaCl test particles and giving us the N95 rating. HOW TO WEAR Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water or use hand sanitizer. Unfold the respirator and ensure metal nose clip position is on top. Cup the respirator in hand and place over your nose, mouth, and chin. Pull the top strap over your head and position at the top of the back of your head. The bottom strap goes around your neck and below the ears. With your fingertips, press on the metal nose clip and mold to the shape of your nose. Check fit and seal by placing hands over the respirator and exhaling. Adjust if there are leaks.   IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS After you put the mask on and adjust to an ideal position, do not touch it again until removal. If the mask inadvertently gets soiled or damp you should replace it immediately. Simply pull the mask off from behind, being mindful not to touch the front. Discard it quickly and place in a closed trash bin. With soap and water – or sanitizer – wash your hands thoroughly before touching a new mask.
