Problème volant g29

Bonjour j'ai acheté un volant d'occasion mais le problème c'est qui s'allume pas j'ai pue voir que si la led du haut clignoter ça pouvait être du a alime mais j'ai vérifié elle fournit bien 24v de plus sur la photo on peut voir les LEDs rester allumé
