In the mid-90s, I drew a line down the middle of a piece of paper to define my passion. On one side, I listed the things I was good at, and on the other, the things loved to do. At the intersection of those two lists was making vodka. So I followed my passion and built my own distillery, the first functional legal distillery in the history of Texas.
