Critic tasting note: After marrying in sauternes casks for many years, this bourbon-matured 1991 distillate has become epic stuff. Aromas of dried apricot, cooked apple, roasted aromatic spices, red grape, candied peel, dried fig, smoked butter, and singed fruitcake. The palate purrs like a contented cat.
